To create a signup page:

• In Planning Center People, go to “Forms” and create the desired form (copy from others as needed).

• When finished, click “View on Church Center”. When the page opens, copy the URL, e.g. https://cedarhome.churchcenter.com/people/forms/1095566

• In Squarespace, create a blank page in the “Not Linked” section. Assign a suitable name for the link, e.g. christmasbrunch.

• Click the gear icon for the new page, and select “Advanced”.

• Under ‘Page Header Code Injection”, insert: <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=https://cedarhome.churchcenter.com/people/forms/1095566" />

Now, when the link is selected, e.g. www.cedarhome.org/christmasbrunch, it will auto-forward to the churchcenter.com page containing the form.
